1 Assistant manager is responsible for Space Range and Merchandising Analytics services offered from HSC to the Property business or function across the group

2 Work with Senior leadership in identifying business challenges, which can be addressed through Analytics & Decision support

3 Support in development of step change programmes to drive year on year cost or operational efficiency

4 Develop a Roadmap for delivering the outcomes thru programs & operations

5 Build capabilities in the team in terms of methodologies, tools and applications

6 Keeping up to date with industry best practice, and drive innovation through improved processes and systems.

7 Lead the delivery of Projects and Operations

8 Actively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement both internally and externally.
