Requirement:

Knowledge on Redhat Linux Server administration Skills
Redhat Certification (Preferable)
Knowledge on trouble shooting, Problem analysis
Experience on Disk Management - LVM ( Logical Volume Management), Mirror, Raid
Experience on MPIO ( Multi-Pathing)
Experience on Migration, up-gradation and of Servers
Experience on Kick Start ( Resporitatory servers for Migration)
Experience on Kernel Parameter Tuning, trouble shooting
Experience on Package Management, Patch Management
Knowledge on Scripting (Perl, shell) - Preferable
Exposure on ITIL Process - Preferable
