Responsibilities:
Understanding
the Business Requirements documents and project plans created and approved
By
the client and the Customer Success Team and configure Replicon’s solution to
meet the customer needs.
Work
with the Professional Services team to incorporate, test and deploy integration
and/or customization requirements from the client.
Manage
multiple implementations of small, medium and large size customers within the
time allotted for each project
Manage
all configuration communications externally and internally
Maintain
a current and thorough understanding of Replicon’s product functionality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
3+
years of implementation experience with any business software, HR/Payroll
applications, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
Strong
written and verbal business communication skills
Working
knowledge of web-based / Cloud-based (SaaS) applications would be considered an
asset
Customer
management experience would be considered an asset
