Certification & Learning Program Manager
Program Manager
We are currently looking for an Analytics Program Manager to support
the WW Certification & Learning team. The C&L Analytics - Analytics
Program Manager would be responsible for program managing the engagements for
the Data Analytics and Market research engagements. The individual will be
required to work on advanced analytics projects, market research primary and
secondary, project management, and driving new ideas in research. Projects will
be ad-hoc in nature.
Responsibilities
Work independently with business partners to understand requirements
and provide solutions that meet & exceed their expectations.
Build advanced analytics and market research capabilities for the
team.
Incubate new business into the team develop capabilities for web
analytics and research
Provide management support to new deliverables and reporting solutions
Incubating new projects and handing it down to other members of the
team
Ensure reporting and analytics solutions are scalable, repeatable,
effective, and meet the expectations of the business partner.
Help team develop advanced analytics business tools and maintain them.
Drive core insights from the data to provide recommendations in a
business language.
Create and deliver effective, persuasive verbal and written
presentations for business leaders.
Help in learning sessions for the team focused on teaching specific
tools and techniques to fellow team-members.
Build mechanisms to Support ad-hoc queries with analysis that supports
the business case.
Manage client expectations and work with them to own business targets
and goals
Skills Required
Strong business research skills ability to understand the business
problem, solution a research plan, identify & synthesize data/information
and drive relevant insights using HPs internal data sources as well as publicly
available information
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in understanding
changing/complex business problems and driving research solutions around the
same
Very strong skills around storyboarding and making PowerPoint
presentations
Demonstrate creativity and solution oriented mindset when faced with
complex or unstructured research requests
Worked on a consultative manner by deploying advanced analytical solutions
in the area of marketing - (forecasting, modeling, segmentation etc), marketing
effectiveness ROI, primary and secondary research.
Well versed with modern market research frameworks implementation and
deployment .
Solid experience in performance reporting and analysis
Strong project management and consulting skills
Self starter with an ability to work in an unstructured environment
Ability to provide leadership to peer group and other analysts to
solve complex analytics challenges
Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment and flexibility
to operate across time zones
Desired Profile:
Experience & Background
6-8 yrs experience in Advanced Analytics, Marketing, Research or
Consulting in IT industry. Experience in technology industry and marketing
performance measurement preferred
Education: Post-Graduation preferably MBA in marketing
Approx. 5+ years of experience in Business Research
Strong working experience with business research
Frameworks/Techniques, presentation skills and application of excel techniques
for data consolidation and analyses
Should have independently managed customers/worked with senior
management
Ability to work independently and coordinate with work streams across
multiple teams
Exposure of working in research domain for global markets preferable
