Job Description
1) Identify taxable Business Traveler
2) Identify taxable threshold based on Domestic laws, Business unit, Cross charge, Treaty, EE
3) Maintain tracker for all Business travelers assigned on real time basis
4) Identify appropriate International Assignment plan.
5) If assignment plan is required, obtain details for enrolling them in plans
6) Initiate International Assignment in Global Move
7) Meet the SLA as per Process flow for 5 days for red and orange cases
8) Accuracy of the response and taxability determination for all queries
9) Master the use of Advise HR
10) Co- ordination with BC and Audit Team
11) Work with business managers to ensure they understand the IBM tax positions
12) Taking Ownerships on calls, resolving queries
13) 3 Yrs Experience in similar role
