Job Description
In this position, the individual will be
responsible for the management of a test development team. The teams'
responsibilities include the design, development and architecting for variety
of software solutions to test SanDisk Flash Card products; Develop full
Production test programs on embedded test systems. Production Test Program
coding will heavily involve C++ for embedded test systems. Debug test programs
using tester system tools, and bench equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters,
and bus\logic analyzers. Test Engineers are responsible for full automated test
cells with tester and device handler. Manage off-shore program transfer and
support release of test programs. Develop characterization and evaluation
programs for new products. Support failure analysis on test systems.
Desired Profile
Requirements:
BS EE/CS/CE degree with 6 or more years of
related experience and 2 or more years of direct management experience.
Advanced SW development experience required. Embedded SW development with
experience in driver development, TCP/IP communications, C#, Linux and
server/client applications preferred. Hardware verification and design of test
interfaces a plus. The ideal individual must have a proven ability to achieve
results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Strong management skills
including effective time management, communications, problem resolution,
decision making, presentation, human relations, organization, and delegation.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to coordinate priorities and
initiatives. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a
fast paced and limited resource environment. Dynamic, motivated, and results
oriented creative thinker.
