Job Description
Key Areas of Expertise: eLearning programming
and course development Conception / pitching / wire-framing / user flows /
prototyping / etc. Responsibilities: Contribute in each step of the eLearning
development including project planning estimation user research and analysis
requirements definition conceptual design content planning interaction planning
and interaction specification Create project deliverables that clearly and
persuasively communicate the eLearning strategy and the reasoning behind it
These deliverables include project plans discovery & research findings task
lists workflows wireframes page maps interaction specs codes and more Create
user experiences that can be mapped directly to the business and user
requirements of the project as well as clearly communicate the learning
strategy Work closely with instructional designers graphic designers and
developers while advocating the best design & Interactivity for the end
user and giving/receiving feedback Participate in new business pitches and
extend existing client relationships Work with Project Manager and the
Instructional designers on project scopes with specific responsibility for
creating the task work plan against client needs Manage the course development
process coding drive decisions track issues and assist in estimating team needs
and schedules Manage and mentor junior to senior level programmers if required
Staying abreast of industry best practices for eLearning design development and
processes and gather sufficient information to support suitable learning design
for any given project platform and technology
Desired Profile
Experience of creating interfaces large scale
websites and/or applications preferably in an eLearning setting Proven
experience leading eLearning authoring on projects with an exceptional
portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions Studies or exposure in
Interaction Design Cognitive Science HCI or equivalent experience Expert
proficiency level in a variety of eLearning development and prototyping tools
Well versed with Adobe Suite including Flash Photoshop Dreamweaver Expert
knowledge in Action Script 3.0 Intermediate knowledge in HTML HTML5 XML
JavaScript Java C++ Visual Studio Flash or other similar programming Exposure
in 3D animation modeling lighting/rendering texturing game design special
effects Audio video post-production art and graphic design Exposure in Android
& IOS App development will be added advantage Use appropriate software to
create professional-quality well-designed deliverables to client specifications
Very strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to assess
data Very strong communication skills both written and oral with natural
ability to articulate and defend design decisions and run work sessions
Relationship builder with natural leadership abilities strong time management
and mentorship skills Able to multi-task in a very fast-paced team environment.

eLearning programmer at ITC Infotech is in charge of the most critical clients
eLearning projects. He or she often participates in multiple projects at the
same time with the support of the eLearning team. The work includes eLearning
strategy project coordination customer communication documentation and
programming across any delivery medium including web mobile tablet and in-LMS.
Furthermore the candidate must be a great communicator both verbally and in
writing a tactful diplomat a problem solver a thinker and an analyzer with the
ability to understand and respond to user needs. You will help create
innovations that tie all learning needs together to form learning solutions
based on Instructional designer input. You thrive in a fast-paced business
environment and have a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and
strict deadlines. In addition to project work the candidate helps to shape the
eLearning team manages and mentors other eLearning developers and plays a major
role in customer communication & business development.
