Job Description
1. Setup monitor and support MS-Exchange over
Windows OS and hardware
2. Architect all future messaging and
MS-Exchange solutions in a growing and global environment
3. Administer Exchange servers and mail
connectors in an international multi-site environment
4. Recommend review design and/or implement
new technologies needed to support or enhance messaging environment
5. Develop and maintain procedures and
processes needed to administer Exchange environment
6. Good knowledge on DHCP DNS WINS in Active
Directory environment
7. Provide technical leadership and
management of Exchange 2010 and related systems
8. Develop and maintain documentation of
infrastructure deployed to support Microsoft Exchange environment and
associated applications
9. Adhere to IT access-management and change
control procedures
10. Familiarity with various solutions for
storage Backup Antivirus VPN Firewall etc is required
11. Respond to alerts from SCOM
12. Receive and respond to escalations from
Desktop and field support team
13. Escalate issues to management if
necessary
14. Collaborate with team members and mentor
junior staff to execute the IT strategy in a cost effective and timely manner
15. Stay abreast of industry best practices
in risk management techniques and integrate new method and tools as appropriate
Desired Profile
1) Experience on planning, designing,
Implementing & Maintaining Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server,
Office Communication Server & Blackberry Enterprise Server.
2) Good understanding of managing and
implementing Microsoft SQL Server, SCOM & Various application Servers.
3) Good programming with skills to write
sophisticated tools for specific or general purpose.
4) An effective communicator with exceptional
relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of
business.
5) Experience in Troubleshooting Exchange
& Lync server issues
6) Experience in Debugging Exchange and
Windows Components
7) Good understanding of Windows Internals
8) Good Understanding of Networking and basic
troubleshooting by reading network traces.
9) Scripting Expertise (PowerShell, VBScript)
Educational Qualification: BCA, MCA, B.Sc.
(Computer Science) or equivalent.
