Degree in any of the professional courses
like CA/ICWA
Manage & Ensure Compliance of Taxation
laws across Sasken Entities. Identify areas for tax optimization thereby
enabling strategic decision making
Identify & ensure areas for Liability
Insurance Coverages.
High Degree of Communication Skills.
Adequate Knowledge in taxation &
Accounting
Mandatory Skills :
Taxation Related Statutory Compliances.
Litigation Management
Tax Audits & Accounting Compliances
Transfer pricing policy, process,
implementation & audit
Identify areas of tax optimization, help
business to optimize the customer engagements
Liaise with tax professionals &
associations like Nasscom, Negotiate on Insurance Renewal
Identify Requirements for Insurance
Coverages, Intimation of Claims in the right time and Management , Selection of
Vendors/ Consultants.
Taking position on items (not having
significant financial impact) that are subject to interpretations &
judicial pronouncements, during the tax provisioning and tax return preparation
activities.
