Job Description
1. Responsible for developing control plane networking software using
complex algorithms and data structures for L3/L4 forwarding and classification
solutions
2. Responsible for design & development of control plane
networking software APIs
3. Work with cross-functional teams such as RTL development,
Verification teams and Application Engineers
4. Playing a key role in productization of devices
5. Interact and work with geographically dispersed teams
6. Develop large portions of software independently and rapidly
Desired Profile
1. Experience : 8-12 years
2. Education: Education: BE or ME in Computer Science or Electronics
and Communications from a reputable college.
3. Must Solid C Programming skills. Must have programming experience
using Lists, Hash Tables, Trees, and other data structures.
4. Must have experience in Linux development environment - tools, GCC,
utilities, Makefiles, Shell scripting, Perl/Python, gdb
5. Must have worked on production software.
6. Must have experience w/ networking software, in particular for L3
and L4 applications and preferably at a system level company
7. Any familiarity with system level bring up, debug, any familiarity
with fpga is a plus
8. Good verbal and written communication skills.
