Job Description
An integral member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for:
1. To be responsible for STPI and all tax related responsibilities
2. Ensuring that the prescribed tax and regulatory filings are done on
time without any delays
3. To process employees claims and reimbursements
4. To be back up for company secretary. To ensure that all compliance
requirements under the Companies Act are duly met
5. As part of the Finance team, you must be willing to take on Finance
any related work
Desired Profile
1. Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary
2. Knowledge of Corporate laws, working knowledge of labour law
regulations and conversant with the dynamic changes in RBI, Foreign Exchange
regulations
3. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
4. Minimum 5 years working experience
5. Working knowledge of SAP
6. Familiar with statutory and taxation regulations and compliance
7. Big plus with MNC and IT industry experience
