Job Description: Communication Marketing Manager
Work Experience: 12 – 17 Years
Work Location: Bangalore
Educational Qualification: - BSEE or higher education with
12 years of experience in communication equipment or semiconductor company with
significant exposure to wireless infrastructure applications / market. MBA from
premier institution a plus
Minimum two years of experience as design engineer,
application engineer or architect in communication semiconductor or Equipment
Company
Demonstrated capability to understand complex technical
aspects and transform into appropriate messages for different audiences
including engineering, marketing and sales
Proven ability to develop technical presentation, white
papers and other collateral
Willingness to travel internationally 20% to 40% of the time
Desired Profile
Identify and understand growth applications for Microsemi
components in target market
Understand emerging standards and market dynamics by
following standards evolution and industry dynamics
Work with different Microsemi product lines to understand
benefits and challenges of using their product into the applications
Create value proposition for Microsemi components portfolio
for key applications in communicates market
Create presentations, white papers, technical and sales
training material for such applications
Train sales and FAE team on specific applications
Engage with and support key customers to achieve design win
in key applications
Provide application and roadmap feedback to various product
lines
Educate and influence Microsemi product lines to build
products more suitable for your focus market / application
Promote Microsemi technology and leadership position in
industry forums and events
Focus applications area for wireless infrastructure
Mobile Fronthaul / LTE-A / 5G / mm wave
Expertise / insight required in at-least one of the
following areas
Basic understanding of LTE modem stack, mm wave and
microwave modem architectures
Timing and synchronization of wireless network, concept of
TSN (Time Sensitive Networking) and its
applications in mobile front-haul
