Desired profile

We are looking for someone with 4 to 7 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in End to End payroll and associated statutory compliance

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Previous experience required in handling and managing payroll and associated statutory compliance's

Experience in attendance and leave management

Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Excel is a must.

Qualification Graduate OR MBA

Experience with Workday will be an added advantage

End to end Payroll management for employees, ensuring timely processing of payroll data in co-ordination with third party vendor.

Benefit administration activities

Ensuring compliances to statutory norms as applicable under various acts such as PF, Gratuity

Time and attendance management for the employees

Handling the queries of the employees related to salary , benefits and other HR policies

Data Management for the employees

Managing other HR operation activities
